British Padel Coaches Association (BPCA) – Job Listing Terms & Conditions

By submitting a job listing request to the BPCA, you agree to the following:

  1. Introduction-Only Basis
    BPCA’s role is strictly limited to introducing potential candidates to prospective employers. BPCA does not act as an employment agency, recruitment service, or intermediary in negotiations. BPCA will not be involved in contract discussions, terms of employment, or dispute resolution.

  2. Eligibility
    All roles listed through BPCA must be open to coaches who hold a current BPCA qualification or an equivalent recognised coaching qualification. Employers are responsible for verifying candidate credentials.

  3. Employer Responsibility
    All negotiations, agreements, and contractual arrangements are conducted directly between the employer and the candidate. Employers must:

    • Carry out their own due diligence.

    • Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding regulations, right-to-work checks, and any other applicable legal requirements.


  4. Accuracy of Information
    By submitting a listing, you certify that all details provided are true and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that all relevant sections of the listing form have been completed where possible.

    • You acknowledge that the employment offer may not be displayed if the information provided is incomplete, too limited, exclusive or discriminatory.

    • You further acknowledge that if any false or misleading information is found in your submission, BPCA reserves the right to withdraw this free listing service from you immediately.

  5. No Liability
    BPCA accepts no legal responsibility or liability for:

    • The accuracy of information provided by either party.

    • The outcome of any employment or service agreement.

    • Any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from introductions.

  6. Acknowledgement
    By requesting a job listing via BPCA, you confirm that you have the legal right to offer the role, that the position is open to BPCA or equivalent qualified coaches, and that you accept full responsibility for all aspects of the recruitment process beyond the initial introduction.
