Role Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and qualified Padel Coach to deliver engaging coaching sessions for individuals, groups, and juniors. You’ll be part of a dynamic coaching team, contributing to the growth of padel in the local area and supporting our mission to make padel accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group padel coaching sessions for all ages and abilities
• Lead junior coaching programmes and school outreach activities
• Assist in organising and delivering events, tournaments, and club socials
• Support player development pathways, from beginners to competitive players
• Promote the club and encourage player participation through great service and rapport
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment on and off the court

Requirements

Essential:

• Minimum BPCA or LTA Padel Instructor or equivalent padel coaching qualification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong playing ability and technical knowledge of padel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for growing the sport
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required

Desirable:

• Experience coaching juniors and schools
• First Aid certification
• Experience in event delivery and club promotion
