Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and qualified Padel Coach to deliver engaging coaching sessions for individuals, groups, and juniors. You’ll be part of a dynamic coaching team, contributing to the growth of padel in the local area and supporting our mission to make padel accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group padel coaching sessions for all ages and abilities
- Lead junior coaching programmes and school outreach activities
- Assist in organising and delivering events, tournaments, and club socials
- Support player development pathways, from beginners to competitive players
- Promote the club and encourage player participation through great service and rapport
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment on and off the court
Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum BPCA or LTA Padel Instructor or equivalent padel coaching qualification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong playing ability and technical knowledge of padel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude with a passion for growing the sport
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
Desirable:
- Experience coaching juniors and schools
- First Aid certification
- Experience in event delivery and club promotion
